Whoever
contravenes any rules or regulations made under this Act,
for the contravention. |
This
section provides liability to pay a compensation not exceeding
twenty-five thousand rupees by a person who contravenes
any regulations made under the Act for which no liability
has been separately provided under the Act to the person
affected by such contravention. |
